Here you will find bowls, sheets, blankets, waste bags and more. Please return all supplies here upon checkout. Please help our cleaners out by starting a load of laundry if you use the dog blankets, sheets and/or towels. * Remove all poop from the yard ($50 per pile if found on property upon checkout). Please use the provided bags and dispose of in trash can beside property to avoid this fee. * Crate dogs when owners are away. * Leash and maintain control of dog when outside * Please discourage dogs on any beds/furniture to help keep it nice for future guests. Cover furniture and bedding with the provided pet sheets and pet blankets. Please do not use human sheets/blankets for pets. * $50 fee per bed/furniture if excessive pet hair found on it. This is what the cleaners charge me in such instances. Please use the provided dog sheets/blankets to avoid this. * Please do not use solid white towels for pets. Instead, use dog towels located in pet basket. * Do not enclose dog(s) alone in any room. * Please be considerate and keep pet messes cleaned up, including fur accumulation, spillage from food & water bowls, drooling, dirty paws, etc. * All dogs must be free of fleas and must be current on flea & tick treatment as well as shots. •Please double check that you have all of your items prior to leaving. Internet access: We make every effort to ensure this service is working properly, but we are not responsible for problems with internet service or the guest’s computer. We do not provide any technical support and no refunds are issued for internet service related problems. We would ask you to reset the router, but it is other than that it is out of our control We do our best to make sure all advertised amenities are in working order upon the arrival of our guests. Although rare, sometimes amenities will stop working without warning. We will make every effort to get amenities back up and running or replace the amenity to the best of our ability. In the event the downed amenity is unable to be used during a stay for a mechanical reason, and the Guest has properly notified us, we will refund the Guest $15 for every 24 hours they are unable to use the amenity due to mechanical failure. As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. The rental is on one half of a ranch duplex. There is one step up into the unit. Each side has separate and private entrances. Feel free to use the amenities in the home, including the washer and dryer in the basement, the fast WiFi, barbecue, laptop-friendly workstations, and yard games (corn hole, hillbilly golf/ladder ball, Spikeball, and more). We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and many more. The space is not baby-proofed, but many baby safety items are available for your setup and use. Please see the amenity list for stocked items. Streaming services are not provided. Please feel free to log in to your accounts. The Roku TV in the living room has a guest mode available. Do remember to log out before checking out. You can set the dates, and the TV will automatically log you out. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters. From here, you're just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the vibrant art and Cultural District of downtown Columbus. While we appreciate your interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit. There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house. Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds based on any triggered sensitivities.
