Evan was a great host and helped us settled in the place easily. It had all the things we needed, including a crib for our newborn! There are also utensils and plates for toddlers too. Evan was super nice to accommodate our cat for the stay. We highly recommend this place and it is definitely going into our list for future travels!

Evan's house is very cute and very clean. It is in a very nice quiet neighborhood but still close to the main street area of Grove City. Evan's instructions were very clear and I got a prompt response to my questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was modern, stylish, and very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better—within easy walking distance to the convention center, restaurants, and plenty of downtown attractions.
One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop space—the views of the city skyline were amazing and made for the perfect spot to relax in the evenings.
Overall, this was the ideal place to stay in Columbus, and we would absolutely book again!

What a great property. Easily enough room to enjoy yourself even with 6 people. A lovely balance of clean and tasteful vs. homey. This was a last-minute choice and we could not be happier with how it worked out. Would recommend.

Place was very clean, and exactly as described. We loved the ping pong table and gameroom in basement. If we ever go back to Columbus, we will want to stay there again.

Beautiful home with updated bathrooms and a very nice park across the street. Great food one street over and electric scooters to rent everywhere. There are some ac units to help out the central air in 2 of the rooms. My room didn’t have one but I cracked a window and it was just fine for me. There are some kitchen utensils, pots/pans/Tupperware and a couple seasonings. We didn’t see extra blankets/sheets/pillows and the beds are rather firm. There is only 1 tv and it’s in the living room. The parking can be rough. You park on the street in front of the home and one day something was going on around the corner and we all had to park at least a block away. All in all we had a great stay, here for work, the home was clean, spacious, and did its job. 8/10 would stay again!

Evan’s place was perfect for our trip! Everything was clean and the house was well stocked with the little things you might need. We traveled with a toddler and brought our own pack n play which fit in the smaller bedroom. The house is on a quiet street and we felt safe both day and night. Evan was an excellent host, he was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip!

We stayed a week at this Airbnb and it was so cute and extremely clean! It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt very safe in this area. Everything is a short 10-20 min drive. Don’t hesitate to book!

Evan was very communicative and made us feel valued and right at home. The house was clean and the descriptions/photos were accurate. Bonus points for having white noise machines in each bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as described. Its right across from a beautiful park with a water fountain that is so relaxing to hear sitting on the porch in the morning. The hosts were very nice and responsive if I had any questions. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and popcorn they provided! All things considered this home made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you Evan and Sarah!
