Welcome to Columbus!

Very comfortable place to stay in. The host always has a full stocked kitchen, the house is clean, and the host is easy to contact with great customer service. We make it a point to stay at this hosts rentals when we come into Columbus.

We've stayed in many Air BnBs. Sarah and Evan by far are the most responsive and communicative hosts we've ever had. There were a couple of minor issues with the unit and they responded right away. Its location across the street from Franklin Park was a godsend. Staying in AirBnBs with dogs can be a challenge in city environments. The ability to go out the front door and cross the street into the park was worth its weight in gold. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful - a hidden gem. As for the unit, we love how Sarah renovated the unit and found a way to preserve much of its history. We love the exposed brickwork, kitchen area, and bedrooms! If you're expecting everything super modern, this might not be a good fit for you. The unit doesn't have a dishwasher or garbage disposal, something not a concern to us, but I know this can be a deal breaker for some folks. This said, beautiful sink and counters. The bathrooms/showers are AMAZING. We're already missing the showerheads.

We stayed here during Nationals for my daughter's skeet shooting competition week and it was perfect. The house was so clean which is always my main concern. It was spotless. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was close to everything we needed. Lots of restaurants and stores, close enough to Polaris which has a lot. Evan was so, so helpful with all of our needs and would reply to me promptly if I had any questions. Check in was easy and checkout was even better! We felt safe and right at home and had everything we needed. We even enjoyed a nice family game night with some board and card games provided. I would most certainly recommend staying here if you're visiting near by! Evan made our trip easy breezy!

Our host Evan was wonderful!! He Checked in frequently, gave great recommendations and was quick to respond. The location was quiet and convenient to get to. The house was well maintained and have everything you would need! I would definitely stay again if in the area!!

Great place across the street from a park/conservatory. Food hall and brewery 2 mins walk. Place is newly remolded. Sarah was great and let us get in a bit early!

10/10 I definitely recommend. I can’t tell you which one I enjoyed the most the home or the host. Evan was amazingly attentive, thoughtful and proactive. I could not have asked for a better host after some of the experiences I have had lately. I wish I could take Evan with me on my journey 🥲. And last but not least the home was exactly as advertised, clean, well stocked, warm and inviting.

My husband, son, daughter-n-love, and three children all traveled from Florida to our hometown of Grove City to visit friends and family. The house was clean and updated and everything we needed was provided at the house. If we ran out of something, extra was provided in the basement. There was plenty of room for all of us. Every TV worked and the basement was nice and cool for the kids to play and run around. Perfect! I’d definitely return and recommend this beautiful little place to others. The property is wonderful the kids had a blast playing the board games that were provided and the property is well maintained and in a great location with nearby food stores and parks highly recommend! Evan is a wonderful host and it shows with all the thought and care he has put into the property.

Evan was an amazing host, and had great communication through our entire stay! The home was perfect for our weekend getaway for the Buckeye Country Superfest. The home had tons of amenities and the beds were very comfortable! We would love to stay here again, when we come back to Columbus!

I loved how easy check in was and how informative Evan was before our stay. The place was very nice and the decor was top tier. I was here in town with my daughter and her friends for a concert. The commute was very easy and convenient for our stay. Will 100 percent recommend this place to others staying in the area.
